Dear all,
I successfully installed amber20 serial, MPI and cuda on a VM at a compute cloud with Ubuntu 18.04 as os and cuda 10.2.
However, when I wanted to install vmd 1.9.3 I faced problems - most probably caused by cuda10.
Is it advisable to use cuda 9 with amber20 to overcome this problem?
