Dear all,
Can anyone direct me how to create nice animation videos for my simulations?
Using VMD I can not control many aspects of how the final video will look
like.
The peptide moves in every direction (in the solvent box) and it is not
good to be used in a presentation.
Is it possible to keep the peptide static, fixed to one point while the
structural changes can be observed smoothly.
Like in this example,

of the peptides remains static and fixed.
Any help or ideas are appreciated and much needed.
