Hi Cong,

The Etot difference is because of the EGB difference.

What kind of GPUs are these? Are the GPUs the volta architecture e.g V100?
I know there were some issues with racemic conditions on the volta
architecture and register spillage from one of my GPU kernels (though this
kernel is in amber20 and not in amber18) for the GB calculations on the
GPU.

Dave Cerutti knows more about this since he was been working on it/worked
on it. I know this was happening in newer version of Amber but I think it
is maybe the same issue in Amber 18 if it is one of the newer GPUs.
