Hi All
I have been doing some clustering on my protein trajectories and I have a dbscan output here. What I don’t understand is the sum of Frac column should that not add up to 1?

I added up the numbers under Frac header and I got 0.615!
What happens to the remainder of the frames then??
I m missing out on something?
