Dear all,
I just installed ambertools 19 in CentOS 7 system, and the installation process seemed successful. However, when I run "make test" command, I get the following error:
We recommend adding the line:
test -f /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.sh && source /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.sh (sh/bash/zsh)
or
test -f /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.csh && source /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.csh (csh/tcsh)
Even if I add the recommended line "test -f /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.sh && source /home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.sh" to ~/.bashrc and run "make test" again, the same error comes out.
Could you help with this problem?
