Hi Yeping Sun,
Did you source your ~/.bashrc after adding the lines?
if not then source your ~/.bashrc or do the following command: source
/home/sunyp/software/AmberTools/amber18/amber.sh
to setup the AMBER environment variables. After that everything should work.
The other option is to close all terminals and open a brand new terminal
and try to do the tests.
