Dear all,
I am compiling amber 18 against the cuda 10.1 library. So far I get
thousands of the following warnings (Nvidia tesla architecture):
> nstruction 'shfl' without '.sync' may produce unpredictable results on
> sm_70 and later architectures
> 8_kCalculatePMENonbondEnergy.compute_52.ptx, line 354070; warning :
> Instruction 'shfl' without '.sync' is deprecated since PTX ISA version
> 6.0 and will be discontinued in a future PTX ISA version
how worrisome are those messages?
