Hello,
I'm running some umbrella sampling jobs on small systems using serial
sander and I got an error that, as far as I can see, is not related with my
files or the studied system. The minimization and equilibration runs are
ok but the production part ends always as:
Error in `sander': malloc(): smallbin double linked list corrupted:
I've been working with slightly smaller systems with no issues; the code
is the same I used for the previous steps, the same server, the same
configuration.
Your advice and ideas to solve this will be more than appreciated. Thanks
