[AMBER] Error with mdnab from amberlite

I get the following error when I run "mdnab" from amberlite.

$ mdnab prot.min.pdb prot.prm md 1 1000

NETCDF Error (Invalid argument): Creating Netcdf file
Error: netcdfWriteFrame: AmberNetcdf file not open.
