I am a new user to AMBER and in Amber 18 when I am trying to run
minimization after making .rst7 and .prmtop files When I gave the command
$AMBERHOME/bin/sander command it gives the error message:,sander;command
not found.
I tried by changing the path. Please help me in sorting this out.
