Some simple examples are in
$AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src/cpptraj/test/Test_VelocityAutoCorr. There is
plenty of information on velocity autocorrelation in the literature.
My favorite concise discussion of VAC functions is in "Molecular
Modelling" by Andrew Leach, Chapter 7.6.
