Amber users,
I am running Amber 18 on my workstation. I have just installed CUDA, and it seems to be working well. I noticed, however, that in the first part of the *.out file for my MD experiments, I see the following:
GPU Memory Information (estimate):
KB of GPU memory in use: 0
KB of CPU memory in use: 0
Any ideas of why these memory values are showing zero?
