while adding 12_6_4 Lennard Jones parameters for monovalent ions Na+ and
Cl- into prmtop file, using Parmed with following input file

LoadRestrt dna.inpcrd
SetOverwrite True
add12_6_4 .%Na+,Cl- watermodel SPCE
printLJMatrix :1
