Dear Amber Users
I have installed AmberTools17 and Amber16 under Ubuntu-16.04.3 using
miniconda as a python source. Everything went well and the test log for
serail and parallel installation gave the following
*Test at serial*
0 file comparisons failed
0 tests experienced errors
*test at parallel*
6 file comparisons failed
0 tests experienced errors
But when comapred the programs in bin folder with list of programs in AMBER
2017 reference manual, I found the absence of
*AMBERlite *leap *MTKppconstants *MakeDIP_RST.cyana
*pytraj *XtalAnalyze programs.
I can not decide if I should reinstall the prgrams or not. Please, any
suggestions
