You are asking to start at frame 1159 but you only have 141 frames in
your trajectory. Are you perhaps using a solvated topology with a
stripped (i.e. unsolvated) trajectory? One of the main reasons I
advocate working with the NetCDF trajectory format is that those kinds
of mismatch errors are readily apparent.
