Dear List,
I am using the glycoprotein builder from the glycam website. I want to use
this structure in AMBER.
When I use the downloaded structure in AMBER, tleap will immediately add
hydrogen to the aminoacid i.e. Serine which is connected to the sugar
GlcNAc.
What is the correct way to add glyco-peptide linkage in AMBER?
