Make sure that you always run amber test before using it: make test

If you untar AmberTools.tar.bz2 file, you should get amber16 folder, not
AMBERHOME. AMBERHOME is env, not a folder.
My guess is that your true dir is /home/marcelodepolo/amber16/bin/resp
