Dear Aishani,

If you import your trajectory into VMD it is possible to export it as PDB (including just one frame) by using the File-->Save Coordinates... option.

Subject: [AMBER] Saving the coordinates during a simulation

Hello,
I was wondering if there is a way to save the coordinates to a pdb
file at a certain point during the simulation?
