To whom this may concern:
I have downloaded all necessary programs to run Ambertools successfully on
my computer; however, every time I restart or close down my terminal the
cpptraj command does not work. Additionally, by looking at vim .bashrc I
can see that Amberhome is correctly defined. The only way I have managed to
get cpptraj to work is to reinstall everything every time I restart my
computer. This is rather cumbersome and I would very much appreciate the
help.
