Dear all,
I have a problem when installing GPU version of Pmemd(Amber14).
My command:
cd $AMBERHOME
make clean
./configure -cuda gnu
It said that the CUDA version supported must be 5.0 or 5.5 or 6.0 or 6.5 .But my CUDA version is 7.5 now,the GPU version cannot be installed.
How to solve the problem?
