Dear all,
I have a problem when using nab to build a bDNA (working with Amber14).Competely following the Tutorial B1(http://ambermd.org/tutorials/basic/tutorial1/section2.htm), it just produces two files(a.out and nuc.c) but no PDB file(nuc.pdb).
I have no idea where is the problem, please give me some help!!
