[AMBER] Guanine base pair planarity in G-guadruplex

Dear Amber users

I have single stranded Guanine rich DNA sequence forms a G-guadruplex.

Sequence : eg. AGXXXGXXXXGXXXXGXXX

G6====G2
|| ||
|| ||
|| ||
G10===G16

I have to used hydrogen bonding restraints (H22-N7, H1-O6) in simulated
annealing. As per my RST file I found the correct bases in the g-tetrad,
but I lost the planarity of the tetrad.

So is there is a way to impose planarity between Guanine base pairs, i.e 4
guanine in one plan.??

I would highly appreciate if any one provides suggestions...

with many thanks

Vince
