I am trying to replicate Amber tutorial18
http://ambermd.org/tutorials/advanced/tutorial18/section1.htm
and I have problem with running cpinutil.py file.
I have updated it and other related files like cpin_data.py,
cpin_utilities.py, and readparm.py. However, every time i ran this command
I got the following errors
$AMBERHOME/bin/cpinutil.py -resname HIP GL4 AS4 -p 4lyt.prmtop -o
4lyt.cpin
Error " Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/hadeer/software/amber12/bin/cpinutil.py", line 165, in
<module>
if not prmtop_object.exists:
AttributeError: 'AmberParm' object has no attribute 'exists' "
How can I fix this problem ?!
