Big misprint from my side. What I wanted was
# For Ambertools14
export AMBERHOME=/opt/amber14
export PATH=$PATH\:$AMBERHOME/bin\:/opt/amber10/bin
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$AMBERHOME/lib"
like for my older installation
# For AmberTools12
# export AMBERHOME=/opt/amber12
# export PATH=$PATH\:$AMBERHOME/bin\:/opt/amber10/bin
which works perfectly, except that amber10 was not compiled.
