This sounds like your $AMBERHOME variable is not correctly set. What do
you get by typing

echo $AMBERHOME

or by typing:

ls -l $AMBERHOME/dat/antechamber/CORR_NAME_TYPE.DAT

This is a bad thing to do: first, by using sudo in a potentially (very)
dangerous way; second, because it it highly unlikely that permissions
are the problem. See if you have a file called CORR_NAME_TYPE.DAT in
~/amber14/dat/antechamber. If not, there was a problem with installation,
although then the test cases would have failed, and you would have known
somwthing was wrong.
