Platform: MacOS 10.9 Mavericks on a Macbook Pro
I have been using AmberTools 14 for the past month fine. Today when I attempted to use antechamber I got the following error:
\ek\e\[dhcp-v031-230 : 002.ante.tleap] andytsai 3.2$ antechamber -i gaurav.mol2 -fi mol2 -o gaurav.ante.pdb -fo pdb
Cannot open file CORR_NAME_TYPE.DAT, exit
\ek\e\[dhcp-v031-230 : 002.ante.tleap] andytsai 3.2$
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ambertools14. These are being installed in
/Users/andytsai/amber14
I tried to permissions,
\ek\e\[dhcp-v031-230 : ~] andytsai 3.2$ sudo chmod -R 777 ~/amber14
Thinking maybe it was a permissions error from what I read from previous users on the list serve. I have restarted and reinstalled several times.
At first I thought it was because I installed Dock6, and that has antechamber packaged with it, and maybe it was a conflict, so I uninstalled Dock6, and tried to reinstall AmberTools14 but it still failed.
I am open and appreciative to any suggestions anyone has.
