acpype is not part of Amber or AmberTools. What made you think it was?
As far as I know, acpype is not documented in the Amber manual, it's not
used or mentioned in any of the Amber tutorials, and its source code is
not present inside $AMBERHOME/src or $AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src. I'm
curious what made you so sure it was part of AmberTools.
