Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I used "tar -xvjf" instead of "tar -xvf". Problem is
solved.

tar -xvjf AmberTools13.tar.bz2
tar -xvjf Amber12.tar.bz2
mv amber12 /home/ab/software
export AMBERHOME=/home/ab/software/amber12
cd /home/ab/software/amber12
./configure gnu
make install
