I know I should request for help on the acpype support and I have done
so. I do not know how long they take on support however and thought
I'd post here to see if anyone knows the problem.
Steps I did:
1. Have file "ben.mol2": http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=H54VVUNp
2. Put the command "acpype -i ben.mol2 -c user"
