Hi, I am trying to obtain info on water bridges between residues using the
hbond tool and the bridgeout flag. I was hoping that the bridgeout file
contained information on the water molecules that make such a link,
instead, I get only a #Bridging Solute Residues describing the residues
that are bridged. For the number of water molecules involved in this link
and the identity of them, I have to look at the raw "out" file. Isn't there
a way to obtain such info in a more organized fashion?
