This is an innocuous warning and can be ignored. What is happening is
that cpptraj defaults to RMSD as a distance metric if nothing else is
specified (i.e. dme or data). However it appears I never actually put
the code in to grab out the keyword. So even though the correct
behavior is obtained, the warning is printed because the argument is
still technically active. This will be cleaned up in a future patch.
