Well, OK, if I save the prmtop and inpcrd, the pdb file from the inpcrd had no TER in it. Sorry.

I've been playing with the sequence command. I don't understand a behavior of the command. Lets say I build my chain chain1 = sequence { unit1 unit2 unit2 unit2 unit2 unit3 }, and everything is properly defined so no warning. When I write to pdb with savepdb chain1.pdb, I get TER between residues. I don't expect this because I though TER between residues mean the residues are not connected. What am I doing wrong?
