Dear Dr. Case:
I have just installed Amber 12 on Centos 6.3, including both the serial
and parallel versions. Installation has been correct since all tests
have been made and are correctly passed.
Nevertheless, I have a problem with xleap program. When I start xleap,
only one the “XLEaP: Universe Editor” window is open, as can be seen on
the attached figure, and the following error is observed:
[~]$ xleap
