I don't know if I can help you with this particular error - looks like this
is perhaps system dependent (the copy operation fails for some reason)?
But related to iAPBS/Amber building - I'm in process of switching iAPBS to
using cmake and integrating it more tightly with APBS. This should simplify
iAPBS/Amber compilation and installation significantly. This should be
finished soon and I'll update the installation instructions then too.
