Dear Amber users,
I'm trying to install AmberTools12 with Amber 10. I have used the
guidelines given at
http://jswails.wikidot.com/installing-ambertools-12-and-older-amber
I'm using Ubuntu12.04 and have updated the libraries using guidelines given
at
http://ambermd.org/ubuntu.html
During installation of ambertools1.5 I'm getting the following error. I'm
not able to understand the reason behind this error.
Please suggest what changes during installation of the ambertools should be
made to trouble shoot this issue?
