$ grep "define BUFFER_SIZE" *
CpptrajFile.h:#define BUFFER_SIZE 1024
ptraj_common.h:#define BUFFER_SIZE 1024
Note that you can also use several "outtraj" commands at the end of your
cpptraj script and split up the "frameonly" list into manageable chunks.
