Dear Amber developer and users,
I am now trying TRAJOUT with FRAMEONLY option in CPPTRAJ.
However, I often encounter the error;
Error: Input line is greater than BUFFER_SIZE (1024).
This is due to a large number of frames like
11473,11477,11480,11524,11526,11529,12052,12083,12117-12118,12124-12125,1212
7,13010,13020-13021...
I would like to change the BUFFER_SIZE valuable so I can write down larger
snapshots at a time
but I do not know what file contain it.
I am most grateful if you tell the file.
