Hi,
You shouldn't need to install any extra libraries for netcdf since
Amber comes bundled with netcdf.
When you ran configure were there any error messages related to
NetCDF? Can you give some more details on what you tried to do, and
can you also attach your config.h file
($AMBERHOME/AmberTools/src/config.h)? Thanks.
