Dear Martin,

I've been done, what you suggest.
I build mtkpp via Ambertools build script. run ./configure gnu and then
'make mtkpponly'

The final line said "Completed Installation of MTK++"

but before it, it said :
==============================
make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp/tests'
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `install-exec-am'.
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `install-data-am'.

make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp'
make[3]: Nothing to be done for `install-exec-am'.
test -z "/usr/local/amber11/include/mtkpp" || /bin/mkdir -p
"/usr/local/amber11/include/mtkpp"
 /usr/bin/install -c -m 644 config.h '/usr/local/amber11/include/mtkpp'
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp'
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp'
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp'
(cd mtkpp/tests && make create )
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp/tests'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `create'.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber11/AmberTools/src/mtkpp/tests'

Completed installation of MTK++
===============================

Is it oke or not ?
how about the test ?

Thank you very much

regards,

Setyanto
