Dear Sir/Madam,
i'm trying to use MMTSB TOOLSET in order to do clustering analysis. Now, i'm doing Amber tutorial 3 section six.
I got an error when to execute the fix_numbering_pdb.csh
I got the error which stated below:
ls: cannot access *.pdb.????: No such file or directory
./fix_numbering_pdb.csh: line 9: syntax error near unexpected token `('
./fix_numbering_pdb.csh: line 9: ` foreach fnam (*.pdb.????)'
I just follow the tutorial but i don't know why i got the error.
