[AMBER] amber11, AmberTools 1.5 installation problem on Suse 10

Dear all,

I am having difficulty in installing AmberTools-1.5/amber11 (with all
latest bugfixes) on suse 10.

./configure -nopython gnu
ok

make serial

I have successfully installed the same on other machines (Scientific Linux
SL release 5.5 or 6.0) with openmpi and cuda and gcc 4.1.2 and 4.4.4, but
not on opensuse, can anyone help me please.
