Thanks, I think the bugfix took care of some of the problems, but now
different errors.

ShapeWidg.c:27:34: fatal error: X11/extensions/shape.h: No such file or
directory
compilation terminated.
make[3]: *** [ShapeWidg.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory
`/home/matthew/amber11/AmberTools/src/leap/src/Xmu'

It seems that I'm missing some X11 development package? Any ideas as to what
package I need? I'll keep looking in the meantime...
