Hi,

It looks like you may have applied the same bugfix twice. Although
previously applied patches should be recognized and skipped, this
doesn't always happen.

I recommend you start from a clean AmberTools 1.5, apply the bugfixes,
then compile. Let me know if you still have problems after that. Good
