PyMOL's new volume feature is very good for visualizing densities. This video shows how to use it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tuAo_8-_HIc

Subject: [AMBER] Water density/potential visualization

Hi,

I have a question which is probably not suitable for this group. But
any insight into this is of great help. I have a file containing x y z
and \rho(x,y,z) i.e. the electron density for water molecule. The
x,y,z are the coordinates in a cubical mesh with 81X81X81 small cubes.
Is there a way to visualize the electron density cloud/potential in
3D?

Thanks,
A.M.
