Dear Sir,
I am planning to trace two plane's dihedral angle change with a few nano seconds' trajectory. To calculate two planes' dihedral angle, at least six atoms' coordinates are necessary. I have referred to amber tutorial and just found that only torsion angle based on 4 atoms could be utilised.
can anybody help
