Dear sir,
I have a problem regarding simulation job in Amber9, I had submitted a 10ns job in a cluster but the maximum wall-time of that job was set to 120 hours but my estimated required time is more than 500 hours, Now the question arises that can I restart my job with the output file which will arise after 120 hours job termination and if it will be possible what kind of change is desired in script of input file. Please reply me as I am facing problem with it.
