We'll need some more details to help debug (what was your configure command,
what compilers are you using, how did you install/set up those compilers,
etc.). I use Macs extensively and I've never seen this issue. Perhaps
you're trying to use the GCC version 4.6? If that's the case, try
installing an older version from MacPorts and use that.
