We're also trying to install AmberTools on a Mac running OSX 10.6. Make install ran with some warnings. When I ran "make test," I saw the following output at the end. I've attached the test log file and the test diffs file in case they are useful in figuring out what is going on. We would appreciate any advice you can offer us. Thanks.
