I am new to AMBER so forgive me if this topic has already been covered. I am working with a short piece of RNA that has a single mismatch in it. I am wanting to use nab to build my starting structure; however, I am unable to find a tutorial to build such an RNA motif. Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
