Hi Rupa,

Amber doesn't have a complex licensing scheme. For Academic institutions,
it is $400 USD for the source code (site license; no limits to how many
processors you can run it on or instances that you can run, etc.), which
will include Windows binaries, I think (if that's what you want). See this
site: http://ambermd.org/#obtain which should have all of the information
you need.

As far as I know, there is no "demo" Amber version available.
